Visual Artist
Kirsty Noble is a contemporary artist from Preston, Lancashire. Currently studying Fine Art at Sheffield Hallam University, her recent work explores themes of ecology, the climate change crisis and grief of a lost future.
Using painting as her medium of expression, she depicts imagined scenes that resemble utopian ecological dreams. Humans interacting in a symbiotic relationship with the natural world around them; worlds away from the way we are now, as natural wilderness and biodiversity decreases.
Her work questions what we want our future to look like. What action we need to make now, in order to change the future from its haunting dystopian current state.
